Can I change my mind after purchasing?

In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your purchase, you can arrange an exchange or a return within 14 days of connection (that’s 14 days from your order shipment date, including weekends), so long as:

  • The device is in resalable condition.
  • The handset has been restored to factory settings, with accounts and passcode locked applications removed.
  • The original packaging and all accessories are in pristine .

If you want to arrange an exchange or return but your device isn’t in a resalable condition and/or doesn’t meet these requirements, we reserve the right to charge for any damages.
