What is an upgrade?

An upgrade is an extension of your contract with your current network provider, usually in agreement for a better suited tariff.

When can I upgrade? Can I upgrade early?
You can find out if you’re eligible for an upgrade, or if your eligible to upgrade early, by logging into your network app. Network apps are available to download on both Apple and Android devices. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0121 748 8474.
How can I upgrade?

If your handset is eligible for an upgrade, then signing up for one is a straight-forward process. Simply add an upgrade deal to your basket and follow the checkout prompts, adding in your existing number and other information.
