Out of Bundle Charges

What are my Out Of Bundle charges?

There might be times when you exceed your monthly allowance of data, minutes, or texts. When you reach this limit your usage is capped, but you can purchase extra to tide you over until your package renews itself. These are known as Out Of Bundle charges.

On EE once you use all of your data this is capped, therefore when you reach your data limit you will no longer be able to use the internet unless you purchase more from EE.

**Please note: Access charges for number ranges 118, 084, 087 & 09 will show as two charges on your EE bill. An Access Charge (AC) charged by EE, as pence per minute and a Service Charge (SC) charged by the organisation you are calling. The SC will be set and communicated by the organisation you are calling.

The charge for receiving an itemised paper bill is £4 excl. VAT

Apple Music and BT Sport benefits are given once per contract number. Therefore, if this benefit has been used previously, this will not be honoured on this occasion.

iPhone charge update. Please be aware that Animoji can now be sent via MMS. However, when sent iPhone to iPhone, Animoji will be sent as an iMessage first, this would be treated like any other iMessage and decrement the customer’s data allowance. If iMessage fails, Animoji will be sent as MMS and the customer would be charged at the standard MMS rate. When sent iPhone to Android, Animoji will default to MMS and the customer would be charged at the standard MMS rate.

Allowances for use in the UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Republic of Ireland. From January 2022 a £2 daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Smart Benefit that includes EU Roaming. 50GB data fair use policy applies outside the UK. If your plan doesn’t come with an allowance of voice minutes or if you use up your monthly allowance and continue to make calls, the cost of calls to standard UK mobiles and landlines will increase to 65p per minute. Additionally, the cost of international calls from the UK to non-EU countries and to international special numbers will increase to £2.75. International texts sent from the UK and multimedia messages will cost 65p per message, SMS short-codes will cost 15p per message (plus a charge set by the company you’re texting, if applicable) and video calls will cost 65p per minute. Three’s Access Charge on calls to numbers starting 084, 087, 118 and 09 will increase to 65p per minute plus the service charge set by the company you’re calling. With the new charging structure coming into effect, any new contract taken out after 1^stOctober 2021, would pay a roaming charge from the 23 May 2022. Three want to keep their roaming pricing as simple for customers as possible, charging a flat price of £2 per day in the EU. For Around The World (ATW) destinations, this will be £5 per day. Pay As You Go customers will continue to have access to Go Roam Europe and ATW going forward. Roaming in Ireland is unaffected – Three believe this is the right thing to do in-particular for those who live on the border with the Republic of Ireland. The Isle of Man is also unaffected.
