You can also request a PAC by calling your current network provider, or accessing it through your online account with your current network.
Once you have received your PAC or STAC, the code will be valid for 30 days. If your PAC or STAC is not used within this time, your service will not be switched or ended and you will continue to be billed as per your current contract.
If you have any further questions, contact your current network provider to speak to a customer service advisor.

We will never set your number to transfer on the same day as your new order connects, the reason for this is, if your new sim is lost or damaged, it would leave you without connectivity. The number transfer is always set for 2 working days after your new number has connected. We cannot transfer your number on a weekend or bank holiday.
