As a Reward Broadband customer, you will be given access to the MyAccount online portal, provided by Daisy Communications. This will be your one stop shop for all things Reward Broadband.

Online Billing

MyAccount is where you can find essential information on your latest billing details. It’s also where you pay your bill online. All you need to do is log in to the portal and view your bill from the top bar. You can even download all your bills straight to your computer.

Fault Reporting

You can also log faults on your MyAccount portal. That way we can quickly resolve any issues you may be having with your broadband.

How can I access MyAccount?

When your account is created with our providers Daisy Communications, you will be sent an email with a link to register for your account. Once you are registered, you’ll receive a monthly email reminder to let you know that your bill is ready.
