Reward Mobile, a trading name of Voice Mobile Limited, which is part of Daisy Communications Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Reward Mobile NPS Survey Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
1.You shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full when you submit your details to us.
1.1. The Prize Draw is being run by Reward Mobile.
1.2.The Prize Draw is open to any Reward Mobile customer who completes the NPS survey.
1.3. A maximum of one entry per person per month is permitted.
1.4 The Prize Draw will be drawn on the first of every month. The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entrants and will be notified on the same day and will be contacted by telephone. The winner will have 7 days from the first call to claim their prize. If the prize isn’t claimed within 7 days a new winner will be selected at random.
1.5. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
1.6. In order to be eligible for the Prize Draw you must be located within the UK.
1.7. In order to be eligible, entrants must be opted in to receive marketing emails from Reward Mobile.
You will be contacted by Reward Mobile if you are selected as the Prize Draw winner no later than 5pm on the first day of the month following your entry. You will receive your reward within 10 working days of being notified.
The selected winner must provide their preferred email address for prize delivery within 10 working days of receiving confirmation of their win; failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.
Each month the reward will be a £100 Amazon gift voucher delivered to the address supplied at point of entry. We retain the right to substitute the reward with another of a similar kind and value in the event that the original reward is not available.
Our use of particular brands as rewards does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
Reward Mobile does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this reward.
The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
If we have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any time.
Insofar as it is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Prize
Draw except where it is caused by our negligence.
We will hold and use any personal information supplied by you in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which is available HERE. These terms and conditions were last updated on 15 June, 2023 and will be removed from our website following the conclusion of the Prize Draw.
