Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Reward Mobile Amazon Kindle Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’). You shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full when you submit your details to us.
2. The Giveaway is being run by Reward Mobile (Reward).
3. The Giveaway is open to any actual or prospective Reward customer who completes the entry survey.
4. A maximum of one entry per organisation is permitted.
5. The Giveaway winner will be drawn at random from eligible entrants at 9am on Monday, 19 August.
6. The Giveaway entry for this round will be closed at 5pm on Friday, 14 August.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
8. In order to be eligible for the Giveaway, you must be located within the UK.
9. You will be contacted by Reward if you are selected as the Amazon Kindle Giveaway winner no later than 5pm on Friday, 30 August. We may also announce the name of the individual who completed the entry form, in our marketing activities, namely on our website, in our email marketing and across our social media channels.
10. You will receive your reward within 30 working days of being notified.
11. The reward will be an Amazon Kindle Fire 10.
12. Our use of particular brands as rewards does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
13. The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
14. If we have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Giveaway.
15. We reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Giveaway at any time.
16. Insofar as it is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Giveaway except where it is caused by our negligence.
17. All efforts will be made to contact the winner prior to delivery of the prize. If we are unable to contact the winner, the prize will be sent to the entry address via tracked, signed for delivery by DPD.
18. We will hold and use any personal information supplied by you in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which is available at Privacy & Cookies Policy – Daisy Communications (daisycomms.co.uk).

These terms and conditions were last updated on 17 June, 2024 and will be removed from our website following the conclusion of the Giveaway.
