Reward Mobile will pay the cashback directly into your bank account which you used to place the order. The payment will be made three months from date of purchase.
To be eligible for this cashback you must have completed your order by 17:00:00 PM GMT on the 30th September 2020. You do not need to claim for the cashback, this process is automated and will be completed for you.
If you do not qualify for the cashback you will receive an email from our service desk explaining the reason why you have been rejected. The reasons for rejection are:
- You have a billing dispute or you have disconnected from the network
- You have changed your price plan with the network
- The order you originally placed doesn’t have a cashback promo attached
